VANLIFT is an innovative cargo-handling device that loads up to 500 kg pallets into and out of vans and trucks, offering a more efficient solution than existing alternatives.
How It Works?
High efficiency, low maintenance, no hydraulic issues or oil leaks. Ideal for fast and reliable loading operations.
1.
Lift the pallet
Position the Vanlift under the pallet and lift the load to the desired height. The smart control provides accurate weight data on the 4.3″ touchscreen.
2.
Lower the machine, extend the support legs.
Slowly lower the machine and extend the support legs for maximum stability. This step ensures the load remains secure.
3.
Continue lowering, retract the support legs.
Continue lowering the machine while retracting the support legs. This allows the machine to be pulled out from under the load.
4.
Place the load in the cargo area.
Move the load into the cargo area and make sure the pallet is properly positioned and secured.
